Letter Distribution
Every game uses the 218 base tiles. You then add a mix of green easy tiles and red hard tiles based on your chosen difficulty — always 10 bonus tiles total, for a 228-tile bag. Each player draws 40, 45, or 50 tiles.

Key Rules
Object
Be the first player to use all of your tiles in valid words. No tiles may be left over. Call "Done!" to signal victory.
Gameplay
No turns — everyone plays simultaneously. Words can be added, rearranged, broken apart, or completely rebuilt at any time.
Word Rules
- Minimum 5 letters (adults) / 4 letters (kids)
- Dictionary words only
- No proper nouns
- No slang or abbreviations
The Q Tile
Q may be treated as "QU" at the player's discretion. For example, Q + E + E + N spells QUEEN and counts as a valid 5-letter word using only 4 tiles.
One-Time Swap
Once per round, each player may swap up to 3 tiles for random replacements from the bag. Set aside unwanted tiles and draw the same number of new ones.
Winning & Verification
When a player calls "Done!", all players stop and verify their words. Any invalid word results in disqualification for that round — play continues until a valid winner is found.
Strategy Tips
Don't get attached to your words. Be ready to scrap a word or words and rebuild at any moment — flexibility wins games.
Tackle hard letters early. Play Z, X, Q, J, and K first so you're not stuck with them at the end.
Use your swap wisely. If you have the exchange option, use it on your hardest letters immediately rather than saving it.
Think in patterns. Common endings like -TION, -ING, -ER, and -LY help you quickly slot in remaining letters.
Balance vowels and consonants. Too many consonants? Scrap your most vowel-heavy words to spread vowels around. Too many vowels? Do the reverse.
Speed and creativity matter equally. The fastest speller doesn't always win — a creative rebuild at the last moment can take the game.
